1. Information we do not collect
4SNS PLUS does not collect your name, email, phone number or password at sign up. We never ask for login codes or passwords for Telegram or any other platform. Ignore any message that claims to be from 4SNS PLUS and asks for this information.
2. Information we keep
- A one way fingerprint of your account token (the token itself is not stored)
- A fingerprint and the last 4 characters of your API key (the key itself is not stored)
- Order details: service, link, quantity, amount, status, start count and refill requests
- Balance history: top ups, order payments and refunds
- Top up records: top up code, amount, deposit address, amount received, transaction hash and processing status
- A salted fingerprint of the network (internet address) you signed up from, used only for the limit of 3 accounts per network
- Messages you send to Support
3. How we use information
- Order links and quantities are used only to process orders and check their progress.
- Top up records are used to verify deposits and credit your balance. For this, the top up code, amount and account number are exchanged with our payment verification server.
- When a deposit or order needs checking, operators receive an alert with minimal details such as the account number and top up code.
- We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
4. Order handoff
To process an order, we pass the service ID, public link and quantity to the processing partner that provides the service. Account details such as your account token or balance are never sent with it.
5. Cookies
We use only one cookie, to keep you logged in (up to 30 days). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The cookie is deleted when you log out.
6. Retention
Account, order, balance and top up records are kept for as long as needed to use the account and verify settlements. Deleting records would make your balance and order history impossible to check, so please contact Support in your dashboard with any questions.
7. Security
Tokens and API keys are stored only as fingerprints, and all connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Please keep your account token safe yourself. If you think your token was exposed, tell Support in your dashboard right away.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated when the service changes, and the update date at the top of the page marks the version currently in effect.
