Telegram SMM Panel FAQ
The questions new Telegram SMM panel users ask most, grouped by topic.
Account and sign up
Yes. Orders are paid from your balance, so you need one account. We never ask for an email, phone number or password at sign up. Instead we create a single account token for you. Confirm that you copied the token or saved it as a file (4snsplus-token.txt), and your account opens right away.
An account token is a long string that starts with FSP- and works as the key to your 4SNS PLUS account. To log in, you enter just this token, with no password to remember. Anyone who has the token can use the account, so keep it private.
We store tokens only as a one way fingerprint, so even we cannot see your original token. The copy you saved at sign up is your only key. Keep it in a password manager or another secure note.
You can create up to 3 accounts per network (the same internet address). To manage several projects, we recommend telling them apart by order link rather than splitting accounts.
4SNS PLUS does not collect your name, email or phone number. We keep only your token fingerprint, order details (service, link, quantity, price, status) and your balance and top up history. We never ask for your Telegram login code or password.
Orders and payment
Log in, open the New order screen, choose a platform and service, then enter your link and quantity to see the total. Confirm, and the amount is taken from your balance and the order starts right away. The Order button on the price list or a service page fills in the service ID for you.
You top up your balance in the secure PayGate checkout with USDT (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, Solana), USDC (BNB Chain, Ethereum, Solana), BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL or LTC. In the checkout you choose the amount and the coin and enter an email for the receipt, and it shows the address and the exact amount to send. A processing fee is shown on the checkout and added to the total (5% from $20, 3% from $40, 2% from $100, 1.75% from $200, 1.5% from $300, 1% from $500).
Each top up can be from $20 to $5,000. The checkout and the address stay valid for 60 minutes, so send the exact amount shown in the checkout within that time. Your balance is held in US dollars and never expires. Your first top up of $40 or more gets a bonus: $40 +10%, $100 +20%, $200 +25%, $300 +30%, $500 +35%. It is given once per account, added when that top up is credited and shows as a separate line in your balance history.
Once the transfer is confirmed on the network, a top up record is created, and after an operator check the amount is added to your balance. Deposits sent with a different amount, or after the checkout expired, are also checked and processed. You can follow the progress in the top up history in your dashboard.
Every service is priced in US dollars per 1,000. The order amount is the price per 1,000 times the quantity, and package services cost the package price as listed. The order screen shows you the total before you pay.
Yes. We support the standard SMM panel API v2. Once your first top up is credited, you can create an API key in your dashboard and place orders, check status and request refills with the same prices and balance as the website. Each key can send up to 300 requests per minute.
Progress and delivery
Most services receive your order right after you place it and start within the time shown in the service name and the Start column of the price list (Instant, 0~1 hour and so on). Large orders such as Telegram members are delivered at a set daily speed.
Starting means we received the order and are passing it on, Pending means it is waiting to start, and In progress means it is being delivered. Completed means everything was delivered. Partial means only part was delivered and the rest of the amount went back to your balance. Canceled and Not started mean nothing was delivered and the full amount went back to your balance. Being checked is a step where an operator reviews the handoff result, which makes sure the same order is never sent twice.
Please place the next order after the first one finishes. When two orders run on the same link together, their start counts overlap, the count goes off, and an order may end as Partial.
It is the number the link already had when the order started. For example, if you order 1,000 members for a channel with 1,200 members, the start count is 1,200 and the channel reaches about 2,200 when the order completes. You can see it on the order details screen and in the API status response.
Yes. For private channels and groups, enter the invite link (t.me/+code). Keep the invite link unchanged and active until the order finishes. If the link changes, delivery can stop.
Refunds and refills
Refunds go to your balance automatically. Canceled orders are refunded in full, and Partial orders are refunded for the quantity that was not delivered. No request is needed, and you can use the refunded amount on another order right away.
Orders start delivery the moment you place them, so the website has no cancel button. If a service cannot process an order, it is canceled automatically and the full amount returns to your balance.
A refill tops up any quantity that dropped. For services with a refill period (for example 30 days) in the price list and service name, you can request a refill on the order details screen within that period, counted from when the order became Completed or Partial.
Each order can have one open refill request at a time, with 24 hours between requests. When the refill period has ended, or the service has no refill, the request button does not appear.
Your top up becomes balance you can use on every 4SNS PLUS service. Order refunds also return to this balance, so we recommend topping up only what you need and testing with a small order first.
Troubleshooting
For a public channel or group, enter the t.me/name link. For a private channel or group, enter the invite link t.me/+code. If you write @name, we read it as t.me/name.
Services for a single post take the post link (t.me/name/123). Services that run automatically on future posts take the channel link (t.me/name).
Enter the bot link t.me/botname. Bot start services leave the same record as a Telegram user opening your bot and tapping Start.
Each service delivers at its own daily speed. If the remaining quantity on the order details screen keeps going down, everything is working normally. Also check that the link is public and that the channel or post still exists.
Once your first top up is credited, you can send a message with your order ID from Support in your dashboard. Payment questions about your first top up can be sent even before that.
